Organising, sorting and finding clever ways of working are what I do best. I’ve been doing it since I was a child – yes really! I learnt to type at the age of 7 and remember asking my dad to give me things to type just for fun. I was also the only child at school with a colour-coded timetable. Say no more!
Being organised was a game when I was young, but my obsession with admin is a way of life that has stayed with me ever since. Before launching my own business, I spent most of my career working in sales but it wasn’t the negotiation or deal closing that motivated me. I discovered that I was really good at picking apart the process behind the sale and putting steps in place to make it work more easily or quickly.

I hate to see a small business owner drowning in admin or letting hard earned cash slip through their fingers, when I know there could be a better way of doing things. As a result, I decided to launch Jaxstar Solutions back in 2010.
I set out on this journey with an aim to supply flexible and efficient administrative and bookkeeping support to small businesses, allowing for owners to concentrate on their core business without the burden of administration and paperwork, which can be extremely time consuming..
